Corrections

If a specification, measurement or price reference in a guide is wrong, tell us which page and which line. We correct errors and mark the article as updated rather than quietly editing it. Corrections get the fastest reply of anything on this page.

Product suggestions

We are interested in products where the specification decides the outcome - port bandwidth, thread sizes, cabin limits, desk depth, wheel construction. Send the model name and, if you have it, the specification sheet. We do not promise coverage.

Brands, retailers and affiliate managers

Our media kit, coverage list and current link policy are on thepartners page. Read it before pitching: it states plainly what the site covers and what it does not do. We do not accept payment for coverage, and nobody sees an article before it publishes.

Privacy and data requests

What we cannot help with

• Warranty claims, returns and order status - those go to the retailer or manufacturer.
• Requests to soften or remove a critical article. We will correct facts, not verdicts.
• Guest posts, link insertions and paid mentions.
